Kelly Bone is a global entrepreneur and strategist with more than three decades of experience building and scaling companies across real estate, energy, finance, and hospitality. Known for turning vision into execution, she has led and advised businesses internationally, including playing a key role in expanding Keller Williams into Panama and launching Wolfpack Mortgage Solutions in Canada.
As Chief Executive Officer of Confidante Living, Kelly leads the platform’s global vision, connecting exceptional communities, partnerships, and opportunities across premier destinations.
Director of Global Operations
Jenn Fowler brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across corporate retail, entrepreneurship, and international real estate. Known for her operational expertise and ability to build high-performing teams, she has led large-scale operations and delivered exceptional client experiences across global markets.
Prior to Confidante Living, Jenn spent over two decades with major retail brands including American Eagle Outfitters and Skechers, managing multi-million-dollar operations and leading large teams. At Confidante Living, she oversees operational strategy and global coordination, supporting the platform’s continued growth across communities, partnerships, and destinations.

Zack Shariff brings over 38 years of experience in the design, management, and delivery of complex building systems across global markets. A licensed Professional Engineer and LEED® Accredited Professional, he specializes in high-performance mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, with extensive experience in the development of net zero communities and commercial buildings.
He holds executive leadership roles, guiding the growth and operations of an established engineering practice, with experience spanning healthcare facilities, data centers, corporate headquarters, multifamily developments, and institutional projects. At Confidante Living, Zack provides technical insight across development initiatives, supporting projects with a focus on quality, efficiency, and sustainable design.

José Serur is an architect and real estate developer with extensive experience in the design and execution of mixed-use developments across Mexico. He holds executive leadership roles, guiding the growth and development of real estate ventures focused on innovation, functionality, and long-term value.
With a background in both design and development, José brings a comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle—from concept through construction and delivery.
